Accessibility statement
Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, what we have verified, and how to report a barrier.
Our commitment
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement rather than a retrofit, because a service for learners with difficulties cannot have a website that excludes them.
What we have verified
- All body text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, measured in-browser rather than assumed
- Every interactive element has a visible focus ring, 2px at 2px offset
- A skip-to-content link on every page
- One
h1per page and an ordered heading structure - Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; meaningful ones are labelled
- The mega menu works by keyboard: Enter, arrow keys and Escape, with focus returned to the trigger
- No horizontal scrolling at 320px, and wide tables scroll inside their own container
prefers-reduced-motiondisables all animation and smooth scrolling
Known limitations
We have not yet completed a full audit with screen-reader users. The booking form and newsletter are not connected to live endpoints. The Understanding Ledger demo is keyboard operable but has not been tested with every assistive technology combination. We would rather list these than claim compliance we have not verified.
Report a barrier
Email info@caqa.com.au with what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We will respond within one business day and tell you honestly when we can fix it. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
