Who it is for
Aged care, disability, childcare and community services workers and their supervisors. Hume and the northern corridor employ a great many of them and almost nobody is training them properly.

How you prove it
Every course finishes the same way. You demonstrate the skill unaided on a real task, you explain the judgement behind it to another participant, and then 30 days later you complete a short check on a task you have not seen. It takes about fifteen minutes and it is the only thing that lets us say you can actually do this.
Your credential
A CAQA Academy Capability Badge, stating exactly what you demonstrated and when, with the 30-day check result on it.
Questions
Is it safe to use AI on client records?
Generally no, not in a general-purpose tool. A large part of this course is drawing that line precisely, and giving you language to explain it to a manager.
Will this replace part of my job?
It reduces the documentation burden. The judgement, the relationship and the care are not automatable and we do not pretend otherwise.
