How you prove it
Every course finishes the same way. You demonstrate the skill unaided on a real task, you explain the judgement behind it to another participant, and then 30 days later you complete a short check on a task you have not seen. It takes about fifteen minutes and it is the only thing that lets us say you can actually do this.
Your credential
A CAQA Academy Capability Badge, stating exactly what you demonstrated and when, with the 30-day check result on it.
Questions
Will AI write my application for me?
No, and you should not want it to. If you cannot speak to what is on the page, the interview ends badly. We teach you to write yours better and faster.
Can my employment services provider pay for this?
Often yes. Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services providers can purchase training through the Employment Fund. Ask your consultant and give them our details.
Will this get me a job?
We cannot promise that and we will not pretend otherwise. What we promise is that you will apply better, prepare better and interview better.
