Who it is for
Learners who read slowly, who can decode but not comprehend, or who have ideas but cannot get them onto the page in a structure a marker can follow.
How it runs
Weekly, online, same tutor, same group. Writing is taught through modelled and faded examples, never by editing your learner's assessment.
Descriptors we map
Every topic is tied to a named curriculum descriptor, and a descriptor only turns green once your learner teaches it back unaided and passes a check on new questions at least seven days later. A sample of what we map for this programme:

Questions
Will you edit my child's essay?
No. We teach essay architecture and textual analysis on a different text, and your learner then writes theirs alone. Editing assessable work is one of our Red Lines.
My child hates reading. Can you help?
Often the aversion is fluency. Reading is unpleasant when it is effortful. We screen for that first rather than assuming it is attitude.
Do you cover VCE English?
Yes, through the Senior Mastery programme, taught against the VCAA study design with assessment rehearsal on tasks we write.
