Our operating rules
Reportable Conduct. Allegations against a worker are notified to the Commission for Children and
Young People under the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme. Our Child Safety Officer is Australian-based
and accountable for overseas workers as well.
Child safety is the first item on every board agenda, ahead of finance, at every meeting,
without exception.
