How you prove it
Every course finishes the same way. You demonstrate the skill unaided on a real task, you explain the judgement behind it to another participant, and then 30 days later you complete a short check on a task you have not seen. It takes about fifteen minutes and it is the only thing that lets us say you can actually do this.
Your credential
A CAQA Academy Capability Badge, stating exactly what you demonstrated and when, with the 30-day check result on it.
Questions
Is this the same as AI for Job Seekers?
No. This is the fundamentals with no AI involved. Many people take Job Ready first and add the AI course afterwards.
Do I get my resume written for me?
No. You write it, in the session, with teaching and feedback. A resume you did not write falls apart in the interview.
Can a provider fund this?
Often yes, through the Employment Fund. Give your consultant our details.
