Employer cohorts
Any of our courses, delivered to your team, scoped to your workplace, your policies and your actual workflows.
What you will be able to do
- A team that can use these tools safely, on your own systems and policies
- A cohort report showing what was demonstrated, not who attended
- The 30-day check completed by every participant
- Your own examples and documents used throughout, not generic ones
- A clear picture of where AI is and is not worth using in your organisation
Who it is for
Employers, RTOs, employment services providers, local government and community organisations with a team rather than an individual to train.
What we cover
| Session | Focus |
|---|---|
| Before | Scoping call: roles, workflows, policies and constraints |
| Before | We rewrite the examples around your actual work |
| Delivery | Online or at your site, in blocks that suit your roster |
| Assessment | Every participant demonstrates unaided |
| 30 days later | The delayed check, and the cohort report |
| After | Optional follow-up session on what did not stick |
How you prove it
Every course finishes the same way. You demonstrate the skill unaided on a real task, you explain the judgement behind it to another participant, and then 30 days later you complete a short check on a task you have not seen. It takes about fifteen minutes and it is the only thing that lets us say you can actually do this.
Your credential
A CAQA Academy Capability Badge, stating exactly what you demonstrated and when, with the 30-day check result on it.
Questions
What does it cost?
Between $4,500 and $18,000 for up to fifteen people, depending on the course and how much we rebuild around your workflows. We quote after the scoping call, not before.
Can you use our own documents?
Yes, and we prefer to. Generic examples are the main reason corporate training does not transfer back to the desk.
What is in the cohort report?
What each participant demonstrated, the 30-day check results, and an honest note on what did not land. Attendance is not a finding.
