Delivery is online. Craigieburn is our registered address and where the team is based. Teaching
happens on our platform, so there is no centre to visit.
Complaints and feedback
We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and resolve within ten.
Email info@caqa.com.au with "Complaint" in the subject line, or
call and ask for the Operations Manager. If your complaint concerns the safety of a child, say so and
it is escalated immediately. You can also raise concerns with the Australian Tutoring Association, and
for child safety matters with the Commission for Children and Young People.
Pre-launch. CAQA Academy Pty Ltd is in the process of being incorporated. Until then, services
are offered by Career Calling International Pty Ltd, ABN 53 162 651 238, as part of CAQA Groups.
