- Identify a workflow in your own workplace worth automating, and one that is not
- Design, build and test a working automation
- Document it so somebody else can maintain it
- Assess the risk, privacy and failure modes honestly
- Hand it over and train a colleague to use it
Who it is for
People who have completed AI Foundations or already work confidently with these tools, and who want to ship something rather than learn about it.
What we cover

How you prove it
Every course finishes the same way. You demonstrate the skill unaided on a real task, you explain the judgement behind it to another participant, and then 30 days later you complete a short check on a task you have not seen. It takes about fifteen minutes and it is the only thing that lets us say you can actually do this.
Your credential
A CAQA Academy Capability Badge, stating exactly what you demonstrated and when, with the 30-day check result on it.
Questions
Do I need to be able to code?
No, though it helps. Most useful workplace automations do not require it.
What if my employer will not let me automate anything?
Bring a realistic simulation instead. You will still finish with something that works.
Is the capstone assessed?
Yes, unaided, plus the 30-day check on a new problem. The badge names what you built.
