Who owns the materials, and what you may do with them.
Our materials
The Understanding Ledger, the CAQA Mastery Cycle, our diagnostics, item banks, session plans, course materials and this website are the intellectual property of CAQA Academy Pty Ltd, or of Career Calling International Pty Ltd pre-incorporation, as part of CAQA Groups.
What you may do
- Enrolled learners and their families may use our materials for their own learning.
- You may print and keep your diagnostic report, your Ledger record and your reports.
- Schools and employers who license our materials may use them within the licence.
- You may quote us with attribution.
What you may not do
Redistribute, resell, or use our materials to deliver a competing service. Item banks and diagnostics in particular lose their value if they circulate, which is why they are watermarked and account-bound.
Third-party material
Curriculum descriptors are reproduced from the Australian Curriculum and from VCAA study designs and remain the property of their owners. We link rather than reproduce wherever we can.
If we have got it wrong
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email info@caqa.com.au and we will investigate promptly and remove it while we do.
